The show is a singing competition with a twist. Contestants must try to sing karaoke while dealing with a variety of challenges and obstacles that are designed to distract and hinder their performances.

The show is hosted by Tara Beaulieu, an actress and television host, and features a panel of judges that includes Mark McGrath, lead vocalist of the band Sugar Ray, and Steve-O, a comedian and stunt performer best known for his work on the MTV series Jackass.

Each episode of Killer Karaoke features six contestants who compete in a series of three rounds.

In each round, the contestants must sing a popular song while dealing with a unique challenge that is meant to throw them off their game.

Some of the challenges include being covered in live spiders, having their heads submerged in a tank of water, or hanging upside down from a harness while singing.

The contestants must do their best to maintain their composure and continue singing, no matter what obstacles they face.
